When you request a free sample report, you actively provide:
When you submit the form, our infrastructure also processes technical data needed to deliver the service and prevent abuse:
We do not use tracking cookies or advertising pixels, and we do not track you across sites.
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count page views. It is cookieless: it sets no cookie, stores nothing on your device, uses no fingerprinting, and cannot follow you to another website. It reports only aggregate figures — page URL, referrer, country, browser and device type, and page-load timings — and never builds a profile of an individual visitor.
We use the following processors under data-processing agreements:
Your signup data is stored in the European Union. Where a provider processes data outside the EU, it does so under appropriate safeguards (e.g. EU Standard Contractual Clauses).
We keep your submission for as long as needed to run the founding-member program and deliver the reports you asked for, and then delete it. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, and port your personal data, and to object to its processing. To exercise any of these, email [email protected]. Where processing is based on consent, you can withdraw it at any time with future effect. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data-protection supervisory authority.
